Swilly Barn is a detached annexe property which is completely self contained and is a great holiday venue for self catering enthusiasts who want to enjoy privacy, comfort and relaxation in a beautiful location. The barn has just undergone a total renovation to provide guests with a venue that offers all the charm of a traditional stone built barn complimented by a stylish contemporary interior. High open vaulted ceilings and timber joists are a feature throughout. 

The barn is centrally heated and a woodburning stove and is therefore also ideal for visitors who wish to stay out of season. The lower level incorporates a large kitchen/diner with breakfast bar and is well equipped for your cooking, dining and laundry needs. On the same level there is a king-sized bedroom with large en-suite shower room. A small flight of steps leads to the lounge where you can enjoy watching TV, listening to music, playing board games(some provided) or simply relax reading a book. Outside:

French doors lead to a secluded patio area equipped with garden furniture and barbeque for alfresco dining. From here you have views across open fields and you can also watch our Alpacas at close viewpoint as they feed and excercise in the paddock adjoining the barn. Steps from the patio lead to a gravelled drive area where space has been allocated for 1/2 cars for barn occupants. In front of the kitchen is a small lawned area with views across the wooded valley.
