To find us us from the M5 and Exeter, take the A38 for Plymouth. Take the exit slip for Darmouth and Kingsbridge. Take a left turn at the end of the slip (A381) and follow to Totnes . As you reach Totnes, at the traffic lights, turn right following the signs for Dartmouth. Stay on this road and ignore any sat nav instructions which may try to take you through the back roads. Go through the village of Harbertonford and through the next small village of Halwell. Continue until you reach the BP garage on your left where you will take the turning signposted for Dartmouth (A3122).  Continue past The Dartmouth Golf & Country Club and Woodlands Leisure Park. After passing the garden centre on your right you will reach a sharp right hand bend. Turn left on this bend at the Sportsmans Arms Public House, making sure you follow the road signed for Dittisham. Stay on this road and take the second exit on your left signed Kingston. Follow this road and turn into the drive for Kingston Cottage on your right. Swilly Barn will be found at the at the foot of the drive. Ample parking is provided for you at the end of the gravel driveway which runs parallel to the barn.
